6-year-old boy presented recently with fever, rash, redness of the palms and desquamation of the skin of his fingers. His site of BCG vaccination became bright red during the febrile episodes.

David Gremillion moved to Galloway in 2007. As a long term Triangle resident, he had long admired the Wake Forest area and Galloway was ideally located for family and professional reasons. David is a retired Air Force Colonel and a retired UNC Professor of Medicine with clinical and research experience in Infectious Diseases. He is past President of the Wake County Medical Society.
