Kawasaki disease. First identified in the '60s in Chiba, Japan it is now recognized worldwide. Rates in Asians are much higher. Treatment with IV IG reduces the rate of coronary aneurysms. Cause of the erythema at BCG site is unknown.

David Gremillion moved to Galloway in 2007. As a long term Triangle resident, he had long admired the Wake Forest area and Galloway was ideally located for family and professional reasons.
